New Monuments for New Cities is an art exhibit on display at Waller Creek from March 2 through May 31. It is produced in partnership with the The High Line Network and features 25 artists, five of which were selected by the Waller Creek Conservancy. The exhibit will also be shown in Houston, Chicago, Toronto, and New York.

New Monuments for New Cities raises a number of questions about who and what has been memorialized in the past and how applying new lenses could shift that paradigm in the future. Join the dialogue as we host conversations with artists, historians, and community leaders about these themes.
